I have been involved in NHS, cheer, and I am beginning dental assisting at Tulsa tech this year! I will never forget some of the relationships I have made with my friends. My friends have brought me so much joy during my high school career.
Why do you think you are the cheerleader you are today? I think I am the cheerleader I am today because of my parents. They have always been there for me and have taught me so much about trying my hardest and always having a cheerful spirit! They have been a real inspiration for me!!
What is something you love about coaching younger cheerleaders? Coaching younger cheerleaders is so much fun!! It challenges me to be a better leader myself. Coaching the little girls brings so much joy and happiness into my day! I love helping them learn things not just about cheer, but things that can help them feel confident about themselves.
What is the hardest thing you’ve ever accomplished, and how did you do it? Being a gymnast and keeping my grades up. I would practice for 22-24 hours a week. It was hard trying to manage that time. But having a steady schedule and managing it right really helped me.

What are some ways that someone can feel comfortable when they are making changes in their life? What always helped me is to pray. When I pray to God, it makes me comfortable. Knowing that He is always there with me to protect me always helps me. Even when I am making a change in my life!
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be where you are today? I would tell them to always be confident and don’t worry about the little things. Enjoy your time during high school. It goes by fast.
