How long have you been modeling? What are some of your favorite shoots you have done and why? I started modeling 2 years ago with GMS on a competition. Some of my favorite shoots were at Rincon of the Seas for the West Fashion Week, where I participated in a modeling activity and my photos were published in the newspaper Metro. My favorite is the latest shooting at a field located in the town of Lajas with Korales Photography, photos attached.
What designers have you modeled for? Tell me more about these experiences! I had modeled for several excellent designers. Mel Duran was the first designer that believed in me to be a model. Diana Rosado, who had designed several dresses for my pageant competitions. José Braulio, who design my West Fashion Week dress. Mildred Gonzalez who design my dresses for many special activities. Many others had helped me and requested to model their designs or accessories. Among them, must mention Zorimar Battle, Marie Nellí, María Ortíz Luaces, Yovana Avilés, Lourdes Arroyo, Mimi Marcano, Cely Nieves, Hilas Moda, Jossie Medina, Sugeidy Pérez, Brian Díaz, Ingrid Tejada, Emmanuel Alverio, Grisel Barrios, Juan Colon and Addis De León.
Tell me more about the movies and tv shows you have acted in! What goes on behind the scenes that many people might not know about? I had participated as extra in a movie and Amazon series filmed in PR. Also, for a Puerto Rican movie. I enjoyed it and learned a lot from other decades and the hot songs of that time. Behind the scenes they remind you that you can't take pictures with artists or ask for autographs because it's a job and they are focused on their scenes. He is sacrificed and there are many people working for those scenes to be achieved. Silence and instructions are required.

What or who inspired you to want to become a pilot? Why? I started to participate in Girls in Aviation program 4 years ago. I was interested because they promoted increasing the number of talented women in the aviation business.
Were you scared to fly a plane for the first time? What is something that surprised you about flying? Yes, I felt fear but also a lot of emotion and I was pleased. I felt free and it was a lot of fun. It was an unforgettable experience. The most surprising thing was the spectacular view and the landscapes of my country that can be appreciated from another perspective.
What is the hardest thing you’ve ever accomplished, and how did you do it? The most difficult thing that I have had to live have been the unexpected events that have occurred in my country. Hurricane Maria first. Then the earthquakes and finally the COVID-19. With Hurricane Maria I used art to express myself. As a result, my work was selected for the Los Hijos de Maria art exhibition. Help and collaborate to the extent possible for Puerto Rico to Stand Up. We are still dealing with earthquakes because telluric movements are still being experienced. Helped by collecting and delivering books and board games to take to the children of families that were affected by the strongest earthquake that was in January 2020. Of which I have also been affected by the proximity of my home to the epicenters. COVID-19 has been very difficult because I have had to make adaptations to be able to take workshops and virtual courses. They have suspended modeling events and aviation camp where I was going to be able to continue my flying hours. And the most difficult thing is not being able to share with my families and friends. I have looked for virtual alternatives to keep in touch with them and my teachers. I've taken virtual dance and aviation camps. I started my 12th grade virtually. In my spare time I wear makeup and make videos to entertain myself.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to be where you are today? My advice will be to believe in themselves. Always look for the positive things and always have a goal. Do your best and be persistent. I will tell them to develop their talents and do things they enjoy. Also, to dare, participate in what you like and be inspired by good role models. Those good experiences that we seek will always lead us to other opportunities to develop ourselves. You must seek to learn something and always keep going.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years/what are your plans for the future? I look myself as a pilot. In modeling I envision myself becoming an international model. Also, will open a boutique with my mother called Pao Boutique.
What is your favorite activity or pastime that wasn’t in your nomination? My favorite activities are makeup, making videos, and dancing.
Do you have a hidden talent? What is it? Yes, my hidden talent is drawing. Love to draw and paint to relax and enjoy a little time alone.
If you could publicly present any topic to a group of your peers, what would it be and why? Bullying or Resilience, because they are topics that I find important. I have been an ambassador for a non-profit organization Chicas by Alejandra that seeks to combat bullying and injustice, advancement and happiness for girls and young people in my country. Resilience because I have had to be resilient after Hurricane Maria, the earthquakes and COVID-19.
3 Things on your bucket list Travel to New York (New York Fashion Week) Travel to Europa Visit and work at the Animal Sanctuary
Who do you find inspiring? In the world of modeling, I find inspiration in the models: Kendall Nicole Jenner, Naomi Campbell, Joan Smalls Rodriguez and Madison Anderson Berrios (Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2019). I admire them and would love to meet them one day. In aviation I admire Lieutenant Colonel Olga E. Custodio, who is a distinguished Puerto Rican. (Former US Air Force officer and first Hispanic female Air Force pilot). Who I had the opportunity to meet during the International Woman in Aviation Conference (WAI 2020).
What about you inspires others/why do you think you are inspiring? I think that at my young age I have had many opportunities and experiences that I like and enjoy. I have obtained achievements for my effort and determination. I don't give up and go for more.
Anything else you’d like to tell us? I am grateful to all the people who have given me opportunities and have contributed to who I am. Thank God who always accompanies me, my family who gives me their love, they are the # 1 fans, they follow me in my adventures and they are unconditional, my teachers, my fellow townspeople, the dance groups that I have been part of, to the producers of the events that I have participated, to the designers for whom I have modeled, to the promoters and organizers of beauty contests, to the organizations that I have been part of, to my friends and my followers for their support always. I have learned something from everyone and they have been part of my training. Thanks for believing in me! To young people: I invite you to promote your self-esteem and self-knowledge. Let them be themselves. May they strive for their goals and dare. May they be humble but proud of who they are and what they accomplish. Nothing is impossible. That they accept challenges and go to them always. To the Inspiring Teens Magazine team: Thank you for your initiative and efforts to seek to inspire young people and thank you for the opportunity you gave me.
