What inspiring things about you does your nomination not cover?
I have a deep love for animals. I'm always there to care for them with compassion
What else would you like to talk about?
I have a fascination with space, often gazing at the stars and pondering the mysteries of the universe. I also have a passion for crystals, appreciating their beauty and unique energies. Art is another one of my loves, I enjoy creating my own pieces as well as admiring the work of others. My interests in space, crystals, and art are a reflection of my creative and curious nature.
What do you feel passionate about or could talk about forever?
I'm passionate about my family and always strives to inspire the younger generation. My family means everything to me. Their support drives me to be the best version of myself. I love sharing my experiences and knowledge with young people, hoping to make a positive impact on their lives. Whether it's through mentoring, volunteering, or just being a good role model. I aim to leave a lasting impression. Making a great impact on people and seeing them grow and succeed brings me immense joy and fulfillment.
How did you find your photographer? What was your experience like? What did you love most?
Mrs. Roxanne took senior pictures of my cousin and my Shi~sha (aunt) made arrangements for my Quince pre-photo shoot. It was an exciting experience, Mrs. Roxanne gave me great direction, and I didn't feel nervous at all. My favorite part was the young kids who were on a field trip at the planetarium they saw me walking up and started clapping and telling me that I looked like a beautiful Princess “Princess Tiana” Their innocence and excitement were so wholesome.
What is a favorite memory with or thoughts of the person who nominated you?
Well, that would be my mom. My favorite memory is from when I was in Girl Scouts, about 8 or 9 years old, and we went on a camping trip to Camp Flaming Arrow. All the kids were swinging off a rope into the water, and I was scared but wanted to do it. She told me it was okay to feel scared; it was a big jump, and no one would look at me differently if I didn't jump. She reassured me that people from the troop would be in the water watching over us. So, I did it, and it was the most thrilling moment I had experienced. She has always encouraged me to try new things.
Why do you want to be in Inspiring Teens Magazine?
I think it would be an amazing experience to share all the possibilities one has with other teens to never stop believing in yourself.
If you win a scholarship, what will you do with the money?
I would tell my parents to invest it for me in my ugma account. So when the day comes for me to graduate I can use it towards my college expenses.
