A bit about us – Inspiring Teens is an organization that runs teen leadership programs for teens across the globe out of our Warrington, PA, USA studio.
The magazine is one of our "by teens for teens" productions to celebrate teens doing amazing things with their lives – such as the one listed below!
We also host many teen events and use the magazine as well as other fundraisers to keep our leadership programs running so we can continue to provide these opportunities to so many well deserving teens across the world.
Thank you for helping us help them.

Project Beauty - with Erica Land Photography
Mission of project beauty:
Started by photographer Thomas Nguyen, Project Beauty began with the goal of redefining what true beauty really is and how beauty is portrayed on social media. So often teens are bombarded with imagery of what society perceives as beautiful. While this culture has always been around, social media has only amplified this effect and it has put this in the forefront of our teens’ daily lives. With Project Beauty, our goal is to bring natural, true beauty to the forefront of everyone’s social media and bring attention to the fact that teens do not need to look a certain way in order to be accepted by their peers and fit in.
The mission of project beauty is to redefine how beauty is depicted on social media and to photograph teens with no makeup and no retouching. The result are images that allow these teens to walk away feeling more confident, empowered than before and showcase what true beauty really is.
All of the Model Ambassadors in this magazine have participated in Project Beauty and wanted to be a part of Inspiring Teens Magazine for this reason.
They have not only taken photos without make up and retouching but also been interviewed in a series of 6 videos of these teens, discussing what true beauty means to them.. with the goal of raising awareness to authentic inner beauty. These amazing, strong teens were photographed and videotaped with no make-up, and I have not retouched any of the photos that are in these videos. Thanks to these amazing teens for sharing their stories, and for helping to raise awareness to inner beauty.
