Cross Zeedyk – Ohio
Hard work. Leadership. Dedication. Cross has carried all three with him every step of the way, and this moment says it all. From earning the Issue 98 ITI STYLE cover to receiving a $1,000 scholarship through Inspiring Teens Magazine, Cross turned opportunity into achievement.
Now standing proudly with his plaque, cover, and cords, he represents what can happen when confidence, character, and determination come together. We’re incredibly proud of the example he’s setting and excited to see where life takes him next.

At Inspiring Teens, we don’t just publish stories; we help build legacies.

A nomination takes 3 minutes, but the status of being an 'Inspiring Teen' lasts a lifetime.

What’s Waiting for Them
  • The Feature: A professional editorial spread in a national magazine—shareable, permanent, and the ultimate highlight for college applications.
  • The Scholarship: A real shot at up to $1,000 in scholarships.
  • The Growth: Real-world branding and leadership experience that builds a résumé and unshakable confidence

“Being featured in Inspiring Teens helped me to push out of my comfort zone and learn how to truly communicate with people and advocate for myself for something that I really believed in. It has been a true journey of leadership and self communication that was all worth it!”
~ Kenli Jenkins - FL: Winner of Issue 100 Cover and $1,000
scholarship

Imagine your teen saying this on their college application: 'I was recognized by a national publication for my character, I ran a real leadership campaign in my community, and I documented what I learned — before I ever set foot on a college campus.'
That's what this experience builds — and we'll show you exactly how to document it.

    The Path to Recognition
    1. Nominate: It takes 3 minutes to put a name forward. Fill out the form below to start.
    2. Invite: We’ll reach out to the family with an exclusive invitation and the full program details.
    3. Accept: Once they review the opportunity, they decide if they are ready to launch their story.

"Just wanted to say I am loving the process of this. It's unlike the other teen/senior feature magazines where it's all just about submitting images. The teens in Inspiring Teens Magazine are involved and interacting in the entire process, with interviews where you learn about the teens being featured, and why they are "inspiring teens". Overall, a lot of substance, and in my view, worth the $5 per vote donation they collect.
I feel that Inspiring Teens Magazine is more worthwhile and beneficial to both teens and their photographers, as ITM is featuring the "Inspiring Teens" themselves, without whom, many photographers would be without work."
    Rudy Gray - Photographer

When you nominate a teen for Inspiring Teens Magazine, you are giving them more than a feature and a scholarship opportunity. You are handing them a real-world leadership experience they can talk about for years.

Every vote they earn, every conversation they starts, every person they rallies around their cause — they are practicing leadership, communication, marketing, and relationship building. When it's over they won't say they participated in a magazine contest. They'll say they led a community fundraising campaign, organized outreach, and executed a promotional plan supporting scholarships for teens across the country.

Scholarship committees, colleges, and future employers notice students who do exactly that.
Nominate them. Give them that story.

Your teen can walk away with a published leadership feature, a complete college-ready portfolio, a community service project, a resource library, and a graduation cord they earned themselves — in 10 days. IT all starts with someone believing in them.
