These teens didn't wait to be discovered. Someone who knows them — a photographer, a mentor, a parent — saw something in them worth recognizing on a national stage and made sure we knew about it. We reviewed over 50 nominations and every acceptance answer. We made a decision to invite 32 of them to do something most teens their age have never attempted.
WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING AT
Every teen on this page is running a self-directed leadership campaign as part of the Issue 103 Inspiring Teens® Challenge. Over the next 14 days — and beyond — they are reaching out to their communities, building relationships, managing outreach, and earning scholarship dollars through every vote cast in their name.
This isn't a popularity contest. It's a leadership challenge. And every vote you cast is a direct investment in a teen who is doing the work right now to earn it.
Inspiring Teens® has been publishing their magazine nationally for ten years. In that time we've published over 100 issues and awarded more than $200,000 in scholarships to teens who earned every dollar. Issue 103 is the first issue in our history with no ceiling on what a teen can earn — across 30 days, not just 14. The only limit is how far they're willing to go.
WHAT YOUR VOTE DOES
One vote is $5. Every vote cast directly supports teen scholarships, magazine production, and youth leadership initiatives — and moves a teen one step closer to the scholarship milestone they are working toward.
The teens on this leaderboard aren't just earning scholarship dollars. They're building something they'll carry with them long after this challenge ends — a credential, a story, and proof that they showed up when it counted.

As votes increase, teens unlock expanded magazine features, recognition opportunities, and scholarship eligibility.
Every level is earned — nothing is given.
Teens are grouped by level achieved and listed in the order they reached that level — not by vote count within the level.
The Inspiring Teens® Leadership Challenge runs June 9 – June 23.
The teen with the most votes at the end of the Inspiring Teens® Leadership Challenge earns the cover of Issue 103.
The Inspiring Teens® Scholarship Challenge runs June 23 – July 13.
Voting links remain active and scholarship earning continues until Issue 104 begins.
