What other inspiring qualities, achievements, or experiences about you, not mentioned in your nomination, would you like readers to know about?

I stay actively involved in school through Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCA), where I serve on the leadership team, and I am also the president of both my FBLA chapter and Student Council. I am involved in other clubs like Beta, Yearbook, and SADD as well. I also ran track for three years and participated in cross country. One of my most impactful experiences was stepping up to help lead my school’s band for a semester when we didn’t have a teacher, which taught me responsibility and leadership.

What goals, dreams, or projects are you currently working toward right now?

Right now, I am working toward joining the Air Force and earning a degree in forensic chemistry. I want to use science to help solve crimes and bring justice to people who deserve it. I also want to build a stable future for myself and continue growing into someone who is confident, independent, and able to handle challenges.

What could talk about for hours, and why does it matter so much to you?

I could talk about traveling for hours because I love experiencing new places and learning about different cultures. It’s important to me because it helps me grow, become more independent, and see the world from different perspectives. Traveling has helped shape who I am and continues to push me outside of my comfort zone.

What is something you have learned about yourself as a leader or influencer in the past year?

Through my leadership roles like president of Student Council and FBLA, and stepping up to help lead my school’s band for a semester, I’ve learned that leadership is about responsibility and showing up when others need you. It’s not about a title, but about being dependable, taking initiative, and supporting others even in unexpected situations.

What is one of your favorite memories with the person who nominated you, or something about them that means a lot to you?

One of my favorite memories with Cassidy Sue was at Reelfoot Lake. She captured such beautiful photos, but what stood out most was how comfortable and confident she made me feel. I was able to fully express myself, and it helped me grow in my confidence. It was also a great experience getting to connect with her and the other girls.

Tell us about the person who took your photo — how did you connect, and what was that experience like?

I met Cassidy Sue when I applied for her senior rep team, and I honestly didn’t expect to make it. Being chosen meant a lot to me, and since then I’ve had such a great experience. She creates such a positive environment and makes everyone feel confident and included. She is inspiring, passionate, and truly cares about the people she works with.
