Nomination: I am honored to nominate Monreux for Inspiring Teen Magazine. This summer, at Elev8Escape—ElevateHer’s first ambassador retreat—I had the opportunity to witness firsthand exactly why she was chosen to represent our brand.

What other inspiring qualities, achievements, or experiences about you, not mentioned in your nomination, would you like readers to know about?

I am very energetic and full of life and love to make people happy, smile and inspired!

I have done well with dance and am especially proud of my Judges Awards for Personality, but I am also doing a lot of acting and modeling and was very excited to be in several music videos the past few months, plus walking in Miami Swim Week and New York Fashion Week and being an ELITE Ambassador for Elevate Her Activewear!

Tell us about the person who took your photo — how did you connect, and what was that experience like?

I connected with BaiYu immediately after becoming an ambassador for Elevate Her, and it has been such an inspiring experience to work with her and to be evolving and growing together. BaiYu has made me feel "truly seen" and I feel encouraged by her support to "always be myself"! She has created an amazing sisterhood of girls through her designs and It's been such a great network to be immersed in, so focused on love and acceptance!

How did you first hear about Inspiring Teens Magazine? Why does being part of Inspiring Teens Magazine matter to you?

I heard about the magazine from BaiYu because she was featured in the magazine a few years ago and I am grateful to be a part of Inspiring Teens to continue to pay it forward to encourage and empower my fellow peers!

How will earning a scholarship through Inspiring Teens Magazine help you?

A scholarship through Inspiring Teens Magazine would be such a tremendous help to myself and my family as dance can be very expensive and my parents are both artists and they work very hard to support my dreams. They often help do photos and videos at the studios just to offset the costs, and I am beyond grateful for the sacrifices they make for me. A scholarship would be a huge help!!!
