What inspiring things about you does your nomination not cover? I’m very outgoing, I love meeting new people, and new things, I love helping and volunteering to my community around me.
Tell us about your volunteering activities. Growing up i’ve always wanted to help every homeless person I seen and every stray dog or cat. I’m in FFA and have helped them with food drives.
Which one do you spend the most time doing and what is your involvement? Right now I am currently working and my job is doing “Toys for tots” During christmas time walmart does and “angle tree” it’s where you shop for more unfortunate kids so they can get a christmas too, me and my mom have always tried to help with that, my goal is to have a kid happy on Christmas.
What have you learned about yourself as a leader in this capacity? Not many people are willing to help anyone but themselves. No person or kid should go hungry let alone without a christmas, I think if more people took action the world would be a lot happier.
What is your strongest leadership quality? Motivation has always been one of my biggest strengths. When I was younger I never had motivation to do anything, as I grew up I realized how important it was to have motivation to do something, my grades got better, my skills improved, and I started to feel a lot better about life.
What else would you like to talk about? Family, my family has been one of my biggest supporters with everything, they have helped helped every decision up to this point in my life, they are the reason I have become the women I am today. They have helped me improve my softball skills, work life, and personal growth.
What is your family like? Where do you fit in and where do you stand out? I have a very big family, for a while it was just me my brother and mom, then my stepdad joined the family and he already had 9 kids. It was very hard for me going to only having one brother to having 5 brothers and 5 sisters. Now Im the 4th oldest, I play the most sports and school activities, and i’m the kid with the most injuries. I’m also the craziest!
What is a favorite family memory you'll never forget? Christmas time is always the best with my family, we all get together and have a great time, eat food, party, and exchange gifts. My favorite memory is going over to my grandmas house with all the family and waiting to be able to open gifts and see everyone’s reactions.
What is a family tradition you hope never ends? One thing I hope never ends is the family getting together and being able to eat “Stupid Salad” It’s the best thing in the world! My grandma always made it for family events, it was always gone before the day ended. Stupid salad is like a pudding with gram-crackers on the bottom, That’s something that I hope never ends.

What do you feel passionate about or could talk about forever? Softball, it has been my favorite thing to do since I was very little, I’ve been on the same team for about 14 years, and I grew up with all the girls on my team, they are family to me. Softball is my home, unfortunately i’ve had to stop playing due to an injury, I miss playing on the field during the weekends/weekdays, and hopefully i’ll bounce back in no time.
What is a favorite accomplishment with softball? One accomplishment is that I never gave up on myself during the hard times, I had people to help me get through it and help me. We’ve won many games, gotten many rings, and trophy’s, I’ve learned so many things and made tons of friends.
What will you miss most about it? One thing I will miss about softball is that it was my home, somewhere I could go when I needed thinking time, I will dearly miss the people I bonded with and all the fun and bad memories, I wanted to give a big thanks to my coaches, and family for all the support that I have gotten over the years.
How did you find your photographer, Jamie Broderick? What was your experience like? What did you love most about it? My family has always loved Jamie to take their family pictures, and I knew I wanted her to take my senior pictures. She is very kind, fun, outgoing, and is very creative. She cares about every person she meets and is an amazing photographer.
What have you loved most about being a senior? The activities, friends, and teachers. I also love getting to see the underclass get excited for their future and watch them grow up, I’ve realized how much time flies, I feel like I was a freshman yesterday. I always wanted to graduate and get out of high-school but now that it’s happening I want to go back in time, high-school will be the best years of your life, don’t take anything for granted and take your time in life, go at your own pace, Time really does go by fast.
If you had nothing to do and all day to do it, where would we find you? I would definitely be on the softball field, I think about softball 24/7. I need time to think? Go to the softball field, Bored? Let’s go practice, What should we do? Softball, What’s your favorite thing to do? Softball. This is something that has really helped me and hopefully I can go farther in life with softball.
What is up next for you that you are super excited about? The biggest thing I am excited for is going to college and become something i’ve always wanted to be, and maybe even tryout and join an amazing softball team. I’m so very excited for the next step in my life after high-school, there are so many opportunities I have and wouldn’t change anything for the world. Always believe in yourself, and know you are never alone.
What is the hardest thing you have ever accomplished, and how did you do it? Overcoming social anxiety was my biggest accomplishment. Going to school activities really helped me.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be where you are today? Be outgoing, don’t worry about what people think of you. Just be you.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years/what are your plans? I’m planning on getting my associates degree and try and become an ultrasound technician. Also to have my own house and family.
