Kayden Stafford – Georgia Nomination & Photography by Kaiya Harris Photography Issue 72 of Inspiring Teens Magazine
Nomination: Kayden Stafford is a senior in high school and is such an inspiration to everyone around her. She’s the president of her school's FFA chapter and is an active member of the National Beta Club. Kayden is an admirable, caring, generous teen who always puts others first and is a light to all around her.
What inspiring things about you does your nomination not cover? One thing that my nomination doesn't cover is my work ethic. On top of taking AP classes and dual enrollment classes, I also have a part-time job! I have worked at the same retail store since November of 2021, and I plan to stay there until I go off to college. I enjoy my coworkers, planning events, and helping out my bosses whenever I can!
What else would you like to talk about? Without my support system, I would be nowhere near where I am today. It's because of my close friends and family's support that I'm able to accomplish I things I do. My parents have never fallen short of giving me every tool I've ever needed to be successful, and they have always supported me through everything.
What do you feel passionate about or could talk about forever? I could talk forever about agriculture and the importance it has on our Earth. Whether or not people realize it, every industry you could ever think of relates back to agriculture in some way and it's what this country was built on. Unfortunately, our farmers are still underpaid in this country, and I'd love to play a role in bringing reforms to that community.
How did you find your photographer, Kaiya Harris Photography? What was your experience like? What did you love most about it? I actually met my photographer probably close to 4 years ago through mutual friends and we've been besties ever since. I watched her so proudly as she started up her dream photography business so when it came time for my senior pictures it was an obvious choice. I always feel so comfortable when Kaiya is behind the camera, and she will go to lengths to get the best shots. Kaiya is so passionate about her work, and you can tell she's where she belongs! Maybe I'm biased, but I love my photographer!
