Kylie Hill - Kentucky Nomination & Photography by Scott Powell Photography Issue 52 of Inspiring Teens Magazine
Nomination: Kylie Hill is not only a fantastic model to photograph but also a fantastic young lady. I have had the privilege to be her teacher this year and she is a trustworthy student that handles responsibilities perfectly. Kylie is planning to become a nurse and with her personality and desire to help others, she will be a huge asset to medical field.
What should we definitely know about you? I have future plans to become a nurse. I am a hard working person that is loyal to my friends, family and things that are important to me. I am very reliable and dependable. Helping others is very important to me. I am caring and kind to everyone around me and treat them as I want to be treated in return.
What inspiring things about you does your nomination not cover? Some basic information about me, I am in NHS, DECA, BETA and HOSA clubs. I have cheered for 10 years continuous. I am CPR certified and I want to become a pediatric nurse. But as for inspiring things I would to think that my attitude about life on a daily basis is inspiring. I try to help others in any way I can. I am generous to a fault with my time, efforts, and anything else I can bring to the table.
If you were to present a topic to a group of your peers, what would it be and why? I would present the topic of the importance of healthcare workers and the growing need for them. In the medical field today healthcare workers are faced with issues and problems that they have never faced with in the past. I wanted to become a healthcare worker before the pandemic because I like helping people but now with the issues and shortage of workers, I want to become a nurse more than ever. I have already taken emergency procedures; I am taking phlebotomy and patient care certification courses.
