What does your dance routine/workouts entail? My typical dance schedule is Monday through Saturday. I dance about 15 -20 hours a week and it’s a lot but I truly love it and the studio is my second home. I cross train on my off days and during the summer to keep in shape and keep flexible and strong, I sometimes go to the gym to do that or sometimes I choose a yoga class. When I work out it’s mainly for back, legs, and arms that are specialized exercises for me.
What is your favorite type of dance to study/practice and why? I dance most styles including ballet/pointe, contemporary, modern, lyrical, jazz, musical theatre, I teach, but my favorite and the one I spend most time with is ballet and pointe work. I love ballet so much; I love it because it’s the most challenging and you can never be perfect at it no matter how hard you try. I am truly passionate about ballet since I have started my ballet journey 13 years ago. What do you teach and what do you love about it? I teach ballet to 5-6 year olds and also ballet to 9-11 year olds. I am passionate about teaching and handing down my training and teaching others who are also passionate about dance as much as I am.
What is a favorite memory from dance? It’s so hard to choose, I would probably say my favorite memory is my first ever dance recital. I was 4 years old, and I was really nervous about being on the big stage for the first time and parents weren’t allowed past a certain point. I had a really fun time, and it was very exciting.

Why did you choose Be Bold Photography? What was your experience like? What did you love most about it? I first discovered bee bold photography on Instagram and messages Hailee to see what kind of photography she does and see what she had open since I had seen her work before and it’s amazing! I have always had a fantastic experience with Hailee, she pumps me up and compliments me and shows me the pictures, she’s patient and kind, and she is willing to meet halfway so I don’t have to drive all the way to Palmer! What inspiring things about you does your nomination not cover? I am family based, I value my family so much and try to spend as much time with them even when at the dance studio 6 days a week. I work and try to support and help around the house with keeping it clean and letting them know I appreciate everything they do and just as a thank you to them for supporting me in everything I do and strive to do.
What fun things do you like to do with your family? We love to hunt, fish, camp, bike ride, take the dogs on a walk, we all love to cook. I love to bake for everyone and most of all I just love spending time with them, it doesn’t matter to me what we do, I just want to see them.
